How long does each request take?
Turnaround depends on your package (2–7 business days). If your task is more complex, we’ll give you a heads-up on timing.
What if I don’t use all my requests in a month?
No worries—our service is month-to-month. Some clients submit multiple tasks at once; others spread them out.
What types of tasks can I request?

When can I cancel my subscription?
We offer flexible, month-to-month subscriptions. You can cancel anytime, but cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
What if I don’t like the work completed?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re unhappy with the completed work, we’ll make revisions based on your feedback to ensure the final product meets your expectations. Our goal is to deliver results that align with your vision and standards.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Yes, you can request to pause your subscription for up to 30 days. This allows you to retain your spot without fully canceling your service.
What happens to my active requests if I cancel?
We’ll finish any in-progress tasks before your subscription ends, and then close out access to the dashboard.
How do I submit a request for revisions?
Log into your dashboard, find the completed task, and submit your revision notes. We’ll handle them ASAP.
